Book Houses 3 and 4 together — each has its own entrance. Your group spends the day together — slopes, banya, barbecue — and in the evening each family has its own place.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
The booking is confirmed after a prepayment of the first night; the rest is paid on arrival. By bank transfer or in cash — we have no card terminal.
Paid on arrival: 16,000 ₽ for Houses 1 and 2, 8,000 ₽ for Houses 3 and 4. Returned at check-out after we check that everything is in order.
Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside the houses — only outdoors in designated areas.
If you cancel less than three weeks before arrival, the prepayment is not refunded. If your plans change, call us — we’ll try to help.
−5% when you book 90+ days ahead. −10% when you book Houses 3 and 4 together. 7+ nights — two hours of banya free. Birthday guests get 5% off on their birthday with a passport.
