How to get here
- The nearest airport is Novokuznetsk (Spichenkovo), about 180 km away. By car or taxi — about 2.5–3 hours.
- During the ski season an express bus runs from the airport to Sheregesh on a single ticket — check the timetable with the operator.
- Free parking and easy access right by the houses.
- About 5 minutes by car to the ski slopes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. Minimum stay is 2 nights.
How do I pay for my stay?
The booking is confirmed after a prepayment of the first night. We accept bank transfer or cash — there is no card terminal.
Are there discounts and offers?
−5% when you book 90+ days before arrival. −10% when you book Houses 3 and 4 together. Stay 7+ nights — two hours of banya free. Birthday guests get 5% off on their birthday with a passport. Please check current offers by phone.
What is the deposit and when is it returned?
The deposit is paid on arrival: 16,000 ₽ for Houses 1 and 2, 8,000 ₽ for Houses 3 and 4. It’s returned at check-out after we check that everything is in order.
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately not — pets are not allowed, to protect the interiors and for the comfort of other guests.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking inside the houses — only outdoors in designated areas.
What if my plans change?
If you cancel less than three weeks before arrival, the prepayment is not refunded. If your plans change, call us — we’ll try to help.
What documents do I need at check-in?
Your passport (for the rental agreement) and the deposit.
How does the banya work?
A standard session is 2 hours and can be extended: after three hours, each extra hour is 2,000 ₽. Best booked in advance; 100% prepayment.
